For Eligible EU and EEA Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that the goods have been returned.
The reimbursement will normally be made using the original payment method.
Returning the Goods
You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective, incorrect or we agree otherwise.
You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
